• Private office, private bathroom, fresh water, upstairs storage area
• Room behind office to park a 20' long trailer or tow car beside motor home
• Unit has a man door beside a 14' wide x 16' high electric overhead door
• All slide outs can be left in open position
• Gas and electric are separately metered for your convenience
• 24 hour, 7 day access @ $1800.00 per month with one year minimum
• One month rent, plus two months damage deposit required

LEVEL II (One block to Englewood Gold Course and Club House and 200 feet to South
               Platte River bike trail)

• 20' x 70' space, sky lights, plus electric lights, sewer dump, water
• Electric plug-in for battery charger
• 14' wide x 14' high electric door with a man door entrance
• Slide outs can be left in open position
• 24 hour, 7 day access @ $750.00 per month with one year minimum
• One month rent plus two months damage deposit required
• This storage is also available in Las Cruces, N.M.

LEVEL III (Coming soon)

• 60' x 16' space, no heat, no lights
• Sewer dump, water  and air on site
• Electric 14' x 14' door, no man door
• 110 volt plug-in for battery charger
• Unlimited access @ $550.00 per month with monthly rent available
• One month rent, plus two months damage deposit required.

LEVEL IV

• 45' x 16' space, no heat, no lights
• Sewer dump, water  and air on site
• No volt plug-in for battery
• Electric 14' x 14' door, no man door
• Limited access @ $450.00 per month with monthly rent available
• One month rent, plus two months damage deposit required.
